Learn how to create and activate Upsell offers in UpsellWP

In this documentation, you can see how to create the various Upsell offers through the help of UpsellWP.
Go to WordPress dashboard -> UpsellWP -> Create New Campaign -> choose “Checkout Upsells”
Click on the button “Add offer”
Here is the screenshot of the configuration of the Checkout Upsell campaign:
Step 1: Choose the offer product that you want to display on the checkout page by typing a few characters of the product name and leaving the quantity column blank to automatically assign a quantity of 1 for the selected offer product or adjust the quantity based on your requirement.
Step 2: Choose the “Discount Type” as Percentage and set the value as 10%. You also have the option to choose other discount types such as fixed discount, free and No discount.
Step 3: You can also add Additional Conditions for the Campaign (if required).
Step 4: Once we have successfully created an offer, click on the button “Save”
Now, we have successfully created an offer, Let see how it works on the checkout page.
Now the offered product has been successfully displayed on the checkout page. Please ensure to select the checkbox to avail the offered product at checkout.
Go to WordPress dashboard -> UpsellWP -> Create New Campaign -> choose “Cart Upsells”
Click on the button “Add offer”
Here is the screenshot of the configuration of the Cart Upsell campaign:
Step 1: Choose the offer product that you want to display on the cart page by typing a few characters of the product name and leaving the quantity column blank to automatically assign a quantity of 1 for the selected offer product or adjust the quantity based on your requirement.
Step 2: Choose the “Discount Type” as Percentage and set the value as 20%. You also have the option to choose other discount types such as fixed discount, free and No discount.
Step 3: You can also add Additional Conditions for the Campaign (if required).
Step 4: Once we have successfully created an offer, click on the button “Save”
Now, that we have successfully created an offer, Let's see how it works on the cart page.
Now the offered product has been successfully displayed on the cart page. Please ensure to select the "Add to Cart" button to avail of the offered product in the cart.
Go to WordPress dashboard -> UpsellWP -> Create New Campaign -> choose “Frequently Bought Together”
Choose the product suggestion method for the campaign as "Use Related Products"
Here is the screenshot of the configuration of the Frequently Bought Together campaign:
Step 1: Choose "All Product" in the filters.
Step 2: Select “Use Related Products” in the product suggestion method for the campaign.
Options available in product suggestion methods are:
Use Related Products: With this option, we make use of WooCommerce's Related Products feature. It figures out which products are related to the one you just bought by looking at things like the same tags or categories. So, for example, if you buy a bag, after you finish your order, you'll see other bag-related products on the Thank You Page.
Use Cross-Sell Products: When you choose this option, we'll show you products that are set as "Cross-Sell" in the "Linked Products" section on the product creation page.
Use Upsell Products: When you choose this option, we'll show you products that are set as "Upsell" in the "Linked Products" section on the product creation page.
Specific Products: With this option, we can display specific products chosen here.
Step 3: Now click “Save and close” the campaign
Now, that we have successfully created an offer, let's see how it works on the product page.
Now the created campaign has been successfully displayed on our product page. By clicking “Add all three to cart” you can avail of all three products in one click.
Go to WordPress dashboard -> UpsellWP -> Create New Campaign -> choose “Product Add-Ons”
Click on the button “Add offer”

Step 3: Now click “Save and close” the campaign
Now, that we have successfully created an offer, let's see how it works on the product page.
Now the created campaign has been successfully displayed on our product page. By clicking all three checkboxes and clicking the “Add to cart” button, you can avail of all three products in one click.
Go to WordPress dashboard -> UpsellWP -> Create New Campaign -> choose “Cart Add-Ons”
Click on the button “Add offer”

Step 3: Now click “Save and close” the campaign
Now, that we have successfully created an offer, let's see how it works on the cart page.
Now the created campaign has been successfully displayed on our cart page. By clicking all checkboxes, you can avail of all addon products in one click.
Go to WordPress dashboard -> UpsellWP -> Create New Campaign -> choose “Post-purchase”
Click on the button “Add offer”
Here is the screenshot of the configuration of the Post-purchase Campaign:
Step 1: Choose the offer product that you want to display on the offer page by typing a few characters of the product name and setting a quantity for the selected offer product or adjusting the quantity based on your requirement.
Step 2: Choose the “Discount Type” as Percentage and set the value as 25%. You also have the option to choose other discount types such as fixed discount, free and No discount.
Step 3: You have successfully created an offer, click on the button “Save”
Step 4: You can also add Additional Conditions for the Campaign (if required).
Step 5: Once you have successfully created a campaign click Save and Close.
Now, we have successfully created a campaign. let's see how it works on the offer page.
Now the offered product has been successfully displayed on our offer page. Please ensure to click “Add offer to my order” to avail the offered product, or click “Skip offer” to skip the offer.
Go to WordPress dashboard -> UpsellWP -> Create New Campaign -> choose “Upsell Popups”
Click on the button “Add offer”

Step 1: Choose when to trigger the Upsell Popup as "After product added to cart" and "Click "Proceed to checkout" button"
Step 2: Select “Use Related Products” in the product suggestion method for the campaign.

Step 3: Now click “Save and close” the campaign
Now, as soon as the customer clicks on the “Add to Cart” button, they’ll see the related products displayed in the popup screen.

Now, as soon as the customer clicks on the “Proceed to Checkout” button, they’ll see the Upsell products displayed in the popup screen.

Now the Upsell Popup is successfully displayed as soon as the customer clicks on the “Add to Cart” button and "Proceed to Checkout" button.
Go to WordPress dashboard -> UpsellWP -> Create New Campaign -> choose “Next Order Coupon”
Click on the button “Add offer”
Here is the screenshot of the configuration of the Next Order Coupon Campaign:
Step 1: Give a title for the campaign.
Step 2: Choose the “Discount Type” as Percentage discount and set the value as 20. You also have the option to choose other discount types as Fixed cart discounts.
Step 3: You can optionally modify the coupon prefix if you prefer, and you also have the flexibility to adjust the length of automatically generated coupons. In this case, it's important to ensure that the minimum length of the coupons is set to at least 6 characters.
Step 4: Choose the specific order status for which you want coupons to be generated. This is done under the option "When to generate the coupon?" For instance, if you select both "Processing" and "Completed" as order statuses, then once an order reaches either of these statuses, the next order will automatically generate coupons for the customers.
Step 5: You can choose the display of “Next Order Coupon Upsell” in the Emails, Thank you page, and My Account page -> Orders section.
Step 6: You can also add Additional Conditions for the Campaign (if required).
Step 7: Click on “SAVE” once we have successfully created the Campaign.
Upon placing an order, customers will receive a 20% discount coupon for their next upsell order, available for use in subsequent purchases.

Go to WordPress dashboard -> UpsellWP -> Create New Campaign -> choose “Thank You Page Upsell”
Click on the button “Add offer”

Details of configurations are:
Step 1: Give a title for the campaign. For example: The thank you page upselling
Step 2: Then choose the product suggestion method as "Use Related Products" since we are displaying related products based on the order placed on the thank you page.
Options available in product suggestion methods are:
Use Related Products: With this option, we make use of WooCommerce's Related Products feature. So, for example, if you buy a bag, after you finish your order, you'll see other bag-related products on the Thank You Page.

Use Upsell Products: When you choose this option, we'll show you products that are set as "Upsell" in the "Linked Products" section on the product creation page.

Step 3: You also have the option to choose other discount types as Fixed cart discounts, Percentage discounts (if required)
Step 4: You can also add Additional Conditions for the Campaign (if required).
Step 5: Click on “SAVE” once we have successfully created the Campaign.
Now, as soon as customers place their order, they'll see Related Products displayed on the Thank You Page.

Go to WordPress dashboard -> UpsellWP -> Create New Campaign -> choose “Double the Order”
Click on the button “Add offer”

Step 1: Give a suitable campaign name by typing a few characters
Step 2: Choose the “Discount Type” as Percentage and set the value as 20%. You also have the option to choose other discount types as a fixed discount.
Step 4: You can also add Additional Conditions for the Campaign (if required).
Step 6: Once you have successfully created a campaign click Save and Close.
Now, we have successfully created a Double the order campaign, Let's see how it works on the checkout page.
